Job Qualification Requirements:
High school graduate and has completed a technical or vocational course related to building maintenance, electrical work, plumbing, or a similar field. A minimum of 2-years of verified work
experience in building maintenance. Must have knowledge of electrical, carpentry, plumbing, hydraulic systems, and other maintenance-related systems. Must have hands-on experience
using maintenance tools and electrical tools devices. Must be physically capable of lifting heavy loads, pushing and pulling objects, standing or kneeling for extended periods, and carrying
out physically demanding tasks in a variety of conditions, including hot environments and confined spaces. Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. The work

This job is a temporary full-time position. The employer will provide transportation and subsistence to the employee while traveling from employee's origin to the place of employment as well as return transportation and subsistence at the conclusion of the job opportunity, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a worker's voluntary abandonment of employment as required by 20 CFR 655.423(j)(l). Survey buildings/establishments and repair mechanical systems and building conditions to ensure they are consistent with health and safety standards. Perform maintenance of electrical systems such as replacing light bulbs and sockets, clean and repair circuit breaker panels, design & set up electrical and panels, prepare electrical load calculation, etc. Assist in the setup of ventilation, refrigeration and other systems and conduct repairs when necessary.
